A girl who wants to become a singer. It is her dream, and also her promise with Eichi-kun, her lost love. Tragically, she suffers from throat cancer... she is then greeted by two shinigami, Meroko and Takuto. Together they embark on a journey to make her singing dreams come true and defeat all odds of her cancer. Mitsuki will lose love and find new love.
