Synopsis
A boy named Kyu meets a robot girl named Ichiko. Two gears that were never meant to mesh begin, at last, to turn. During summer vacation, Ichiko, a robot girl almost indistinguishable from a human, comes to live with Kyu Usami, who lives alone with his mother. As Ichiko sets out to learn what it means to have a “heart,” Kyu finds himself increasingly drawn to her. Meanwhile, his childhood friend Ai harbors feelings for Kyu of her own.
